Organic Cow Ghee (A2)

Our Vadik A2 Gir Cow Ghee is made following the sacred 5-step traditional Bilona method described in ancient Ayurvedic texts (Charaka Samhita). Unlike commercial butter oils, we first culture fresh A2 milk of free-grazing indigenous Gir cows into whole curd (Dahi) overnight in earthen pots. Before dawn, this curd is bi-directionally slow churned with a wooden Valona (ravaiya) to extract pure Makhan, which is then gently clarified over cow-dung embers.
